Direct Representation is currently in the concept stage. To move forward, it needs:
- Publicity
Please spread the word, and share the address of this site!
- Feedback
Please sign the directory to offer your feedback! Reader feedback has resulted in very valuable improvements
to the concept and presentation of DR.
- Testing
A forward-thinking student council or community organization could
help prove the effectiveness
of DR by using it for its internal governance.
It would also help to work for other electoral reforms. Instant Runoff Voting would be an
important complement to DR. Proportional or Interactive Representation could be valuable
intermediate steps.
